Snap-on franchisees routinely merchandise their mobile retail stores to build excitement and drive customer engagement during the holiday season. The company asked us to help out like good little elves, creating attention-getting materials that would lend some holiday cheer to the sales environment and social media while encouraging customers to fulfill their holiday shopping on their local Snap-on van.

We created an entertaining lumberjack spokesperson who appeared in social, print and point-of-sale materials to help break through the clutter of holiday messaging on and off the van, entertaining franchisees and customers alike while educating them about the limited-time seasonal offers available only during the Snappy Holidays promotion.

No time says “celebration” quite like Christmas, which provided quite a bit of leeway when it came to upping the ante on holiday cheer and highlighting great deals along the way.

The Snappy Holidays program was a sellout, with franchisees dressing in lumberjack flannel and mobile stores resplendent with point-of-sale materials supporting the program. Customers were engaged in social media throughout the promotion, with the seasonal and product promotions making each franchisee visit the highlight of the week at every stop on the route.
